This coming Saturday May 19. we have fabulous offerings for the carnivores amongst you.
Birdseye & Tanner Brooks Farm is offering bottom round steaks $ 5.00 lb. instead of $ 6.00.
Long Meadow Farm will have hamburgers and hot dogs- all beef, all natural (100% grass fed/100% grass finished/pasture raised black angus beef!) A new batch of sausages,including maple smoked breakfast sausage links . Also available rabbits from John Fazio/Hudson Valley –3.5 pounds average. Coming next week their first batch of chickens will be ready for consumption . Cream Hill Veal will have all their regular cuts in stock for this coming Market. And of course Hurlburt beef will be there with their tasty variety of meat.

On the green front Ridgway Farm’s offerings include ramps, various greens, and Spring plants ready for your garden.
Tom Levine is offering excellent local apple juice-not from concentrate , apples not from China. The Hautboy Hill girls will have Herbs , Eggs and some other surprises.
The biggest Surprise though will be Roger the Jester any way you look at it. He will be entertaining us from 9-11 am.

Ill have exquisite Japanese chefs knives...remarkable chinese high carbon steel chefs knives, 10 and 12 inch gorgeous tailors shears and scissors and some nice Nakiri,Santoku and Deba....I am alls et to SHARPEN all comers with two brand new stones...Im under the red tent..so COME on down and see me....get the point?....regards Nicki Messer
